Do you have any pets?
We owned a Black Lab named Samson for 12 years. He was the best dog ever created. Then, we had another Black Lab named Josiah. For 14 years, he was an even greater friend. He loved the grandkids so much that when they left to go home after an overnight stay, he would walk around to all the rooms of the house, looking for them, all day long! This dog actually smiled with his mouth when we came home. He did about 8 neat tricks. The coolest was from a sitting position, he would fall over and hit the ground like he was dead when I drew my hand from my side, like a pistol. He learned that in less than three days.
Where did you learn your trade?
I had experience as a young adult in the home building and remodeling business. Then when I was self employed as a Home Builder/Remodeler, I installed Oil Fired hot water baseboard heat in all the houses I built. Also, I gained a lot of experience when I worked for Teen Haven Camp in southern York County. There were 23 Gas Fired heating systems, 17 water heaters, 62 sinks, and 42 tubs and showers in that complex. I learned the refrigerant-based heating and cooling systems at a St. Louis Missouri Technical Academy, and also, numerous years at the School of Hard Knocks.
